Because delivery conditions can change, we cannot guarantee specific arrival dates. Once an order is processed and dispatched, changes to the delivery address or shipping method are not possible. Factors such as high shipping volume, security inspections, and adverse weather may slow progress. Occasionally, carriers may hold packages to verify delivery information or request clarification. In rare instances, items may become unavailable after an order is placed; affected items will be removed from the order and refunded promptly.

We offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase and no extra location-based fees. Some deliveries may require a signature or recipient presence. If initial delivery attempts fail, carriers may retry according to their procedures. Orders returned due to missed deliveries will be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.
